"Copper Crown Inlaid with Stones"

One of my favorite projects! This is a solid copper Crown with an envined pattern overlaid with fluorites.

The size of the crown is 24 inches around, or about a size 7 1/2 hat size. From the base to the tip of the points is 2.5 inches (6,4 centimeters).

The stones are irregularly shaped to distinguish the crown from other works on line that use machine cut stones, thus adding to its character. The color range from a creamy clear to an almost amethyst purple. Each one is wrapped into place within the vine-like pattern with thin copper wire.
